Very goofy, loves to go on hikes and get in the water. He is a really good swimmer. Extremely gentle and easy going. He is very playful, loves to play with other dogs. Would do well in any home, as he is an easy dog to handle.

He was dumped with 69 dogs came from a “shelter” in Nahr Ibrahim run by one woman, who kept on taking in large numbers of dogs. The dogs must have been neglected for months. The dogs were dying of distemper, ehrlichia, leishmania, and mange. Billy was also burnt with acid, which left a huge scar on his back.
