Wherever you are, you can be a Guardian Angel for one of our dogs.
Our dogs need you while they are waiting to find their forever home.
By becoming a Guardian Angel, you help us provide for your favorite dog at the shelter.
$20 per month is enough to change the life of your chosen dog.
The Guardian Angel agrees to provide his/her chosen dog for a period of 1 year. Payment can be made in 12 monthly payments of $20 or in one full payment of $240.
In exchange, you will receive personalized, heartwarming email updates about your chosen dog and you will be welcome to come and visit them at the shelter!
You can also choose to gift a sponsorship to a friend or loved one.
To become a Guardian Angel, it’s quick and easy.
How it works:
1 – Click on Donate and choose a payment method (see tips below).
2 – Send us an email to guardianangel@givemeapawlb.org with the name of the dog you want to be a Guardian Angel for. If the sponsorship is a gift, let us know the email of the person we should send the puppy updates to.
Paying online by card or PayPal
For 12 payments of $20:
Enter the amount $20 and click ‘I would like this donation to repeat each month’. Then on ‘I would like this donation to go to a specific fund’, select Guardian Angel.
For 1 payment of $240:
Enter $240 and click ‘I would like this donation to go to a specific fund’, select Guardian Angel.
Paying in cash or OMT
You can choose to pay monthly or a set number of months up front. Once you’ve made your payment please send an email to guardianangel@givemeapawlb.org with your receipt and the name of the dog you want to sponsor.
