Luka is one of the funniest and most sociable dogs at the shelter. He loves it when people come visit and is always jumping to give them hugs. When humans are not around he can be found playing with his dog friends all day. He loves children and other dogs and would do amazing with a family that has both. He does have some decent energy levels so the family will need to have the time.

He was dumped with 69 dogs came from a “shelter” in Nahr Ibrahim run by one woman, who kept on taking in large numbers of dogs. The dogs must have been neglected for months. The dogs were dying of distemper, ehrlichia, leishmania, and mange.
