Blue is a very curious and loving boy! Due to being chained his whole life, he has moments where he can get overstimulated and unpredictable. Overall, he is great with people and other dogs, but we would recommend a patient, loving, and experienced adopter willing to go slowly with him as he gets used to freedom and regular life.

Blue was chained under a tree without shelter, food or water. He was found the night of a very harsh storm all wet and freezing.
