Literally a therapy dog. He is EXTREMELY calm, and naps most of the time. When he’s not napping, you will find him leaning on to you asking to be cuddled. He is very quiet, and listens to what he is told. Charlie is the sweetest most affectionate boy, all he wants is to be next to his humans, showering them with kisses.

He was dumped with 69 dogs came from a “shelter” in Nahr Ibrahim run by one woman, who kept on taking in large numbers of dogs. The dogs must have been neglected for months. The dogs were dying of distemper, ehrlichia, leishmania, and mange.
