Harper is amazing; so sweet and so friendly with all dogs, humans and children. She would do great in a big house with a garden or an apartment in the city. She could easily live with another dog at home and she loves belly rubs like nothing else.

Harper was chained all her life, and has a severely infected wound around her neck. She also has very bad injuries on her legs and paws.
