One of the friendliest and most excited dogs at the shelter, Kirov is always the happiest to see you. He will always be the first one from all the dogs to jump on you and get a hug. He can literally spend his entire day chilling with his human and is always up for an adventure. He is friendly with other dogs and with humans including children

Was found on a busy street almost run over by cars.
